Biography
Jennifer grew up in the beautiful seaside community of Homer, Alaska. With more than 25 years of legal experience, she has a wealth of knowledge in the fields of Maritime Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, and other types of Serious Personal Injury. Her eye for details and ability to organize complicated legal files and medical records are valued skills she puts to work every day in preparing and drafting key legal documents and pleadings.
Jennifer is a very empathetic person. She enjoys working directly with clients and getting to know them. Her genuine interest in others makes her indispensable in advocating for injured seamen and others throughout the legal process by helping them get the medical care they need and deserve. Her compassion, coupled with her legal experience, ensures that our clients get the best outcome possible for rebuilding their lives. Jennifer’s drive pushes her to work relentlessly in negotiating fair and reasonable settlements with various medical lien holders, including private health insurers, and government insurers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and the VA.
Jennifer served many years as both a member and board member of the Alaska Association of Paralegals. When not working, Jennifer loves spending time at her cabin, and both enjoying and exploring Alaska with her family and friends.
